got home just before 1130pm was a mad rush to make up the over night feed and get the dialysis machine organised and set up and going...:)
Had 17 alarms through the night....all A8 which means looking for liquid..so turning chubba alot to find it...Hubby has lowered the trolley the dialysis machine sits on so hopefully it makes a difference tonight...:-)
Last night we had two alarms until 620am this morning when the power went off...!@#$% cycle ten had almost finished so disconnected Ashton still with about 180ml fill in him....spoke to on call renal nurse and she said we could do a manual drain if Ashton appears unsettled etc but if not leave until tonight 🙂
got to have a nanna nap...well after Ashton finally went to sleep late afternoon...
Hubby made chicken snitzels and vegies for tea 🙂 was nice Ashton had a few spoonfuls of vegies and about 85ml of bottle so far.
..have to make the 500ml over night feed up and hook Ashton up to that around 9pm then start dialysis around 10pm or at least within 1 hr of each other.... dialysis goes for 8hrs and the feed goes over 10 hrs ie 1hr before PD and 1 Hr after PD just to keep the fluid level up.....

Had 1 alarm last night and that was because the hose kinked as Ashton turned upside down in the bed but all went well the rest the night 🙂
Ashton told me he was happy to be home yesterday...that was when he was looking at the hatched chickens 🙂
Been raining here since 12am so everything is getting a good soak...garden is looking great...
Waiting for the second dialysis machine to arrive today..need a spare incase the other machine malfunctions...we will be swapping use every month so that both machines get used and are working IYKWIM.....
