its such a shame our elected govts are more worried about staying in power than making sure our planet survives.

I heard today that many years ago in Finland the then Prime Minister of Finland decided to change the education system but also told the people in doing so he won't be re-elected.

The Finnish school system is now considered one of the best in the world.

And we are not even talking about planet saving measures in that example.
