Laney, will they get any rain where the bushfires are?

Fortunately they have had some rain there tonight which has eased the situation and hopefully it will continue through tomorrow.  

Still bucketing down here - love the sound the heavy rain makes on the tin roof. 

Totally forgot it was Friday and was only reminded when I read around the traps.  Don't really know why I bothered ........ but I did get a few laughs at Mrs Malaprop

it won't happen overnight but it will happen  We reduced the size

but they were still too large so after 2 days off I will be heading out

for my walk in time to get back here by 3pm to watch the netball-

Even though things have improved with my issues relating to the

operation after a ultrasound yesterday it looks like a cortisone 

injection in both sides of the buttock will be the next job and

hopefully before we head away and hopefully with good results.

good news about the rain in the bushfire region Laney... I also love the sound of rain on the roof and especially love a reeally good thunderstorm

Just watched a bit of the footy replay ( couldn't watch the match today as I was out)

what's wrong with these umpires, that's the 3rd goal this year they've taken off us when it was clearly a goal ... Touched OVER the line as clearly shown in the replay

Rain eased today - a few showers - but at least it got where it was most needed ..... down South.  More forecast over the next few days but nothing to complain about.

Didn't achieve much today but then that is what Sundays are all about ....... at least I keep telling myself that.

LOL Deb - no we walk along the walkway beside the river 

I took a pic of the walkway but it was too large for some silly

reason. The aboriginal carvings are lovely as well it's a very

scenic walk - many years ago the local business people tried

to have a road put along there but the lefties fought a good fight

and won  The shoes get commented on a lot - while

they are looking at the shoes they arn't looking at me dragging

myself along to finish the punishment.
