It's so nice log in here and see good news all round. Sandy very pleased to hear things are going well for Frank

my hubby has a stent in hs heart...he had a heart attack at a young age.(it runs in his family). But sought treatment quickly and hasn't had any problems since.

Laney some awful things going on in the world. That little boy... So sad

and the Tigers lost last night.. I was a bit shocked by how well Port played

Hello Friends Smiley Happy

Wonderfully colourful BOM today ..... more heavy rain ..... a bit of electrical stuff too but a little away from us here thankfully.

Oh Deb, was sad to read the Tigers' results - particularly against THAT team.  We are playing the Crows - going to be a torrid match in this weather - think I will avoid watching it Smiley LOL

In this cold weather I usually repair to the kitchen and cook like a maniac - did that yesterday and the aromas were divine.  The tastes were not too shabby either lol.

Sandy - hope Frank is close to being home today - look forward to hearing the news.

Oaks I bet you and yours have smiles a mile wide on your faces - loving that news

Freddie I hope your packing is progressing and your 'you-know-what' is still behind you.  If I miss your departure - safe travels to you and Mr F.  Look forward to seeing some pics from your eerie Smiley Happy

No particular plans today - for you t'othersiders having a long weekend this weekend - just enjoy and be happy.

Have just been reading a really heart-warming news piece about a 10 year old boy's response to a homework challenge.

'Free on a Tree' in Hobart was his idea to combat problems associated with homelessness in Hobart.  It is worth a read if you are willing to click on a link to the story on the ABC news site.  Well done Oliver!

A win for Frank's 'Dons' ..... Yeehaaaaaa!!!

We don't watch an enormous amount of TV in this household but I have been impressed by a recent Woolies one - We Love our Winter Woolies - it is really catchy and obviously a precursor which will be built on in subsequent ads .... but I still like it Smiley LOL

What is it?

An old lolly which appears to have been discontinued or past it's use by date........Smiley Wink

Incorrect use of punctuation confirms a need to learn about the overuse of commas not to mention poor spelling before criticism is levelled at others for their misuse/lack of punctuation/poor spelling.

.

So who's a happy little vegemite tonight?

What a nail biting win.

ah so you had a good win She-ele.. wish we could say the same this week

Laney,  I like that woolies ad campaign too,  must have a look later and see who's behind it

Deb, Tigers should have been on top of that game.

They kept kicking the ball to Port players and Dusty would have made the difference I reckon.

Certainly hope he shows up for the Cats game.

Lane, the Don's stay in the hunt for finals. A couple of games away from the eight.

it looked like a pretty wet ground too Kopes... both teams had a lot of trouble even picking up the ball

Thanks Laney - that clip regarding the little 10yr old boy warmed my heart

what a wonderful idea -

All packed and ready to rock and roll early in the morning ♥

Have a great trip Freddie.. You deserve it after what you've been through lately

hope it's warm and sunny there

We'll miss you
