If this Priest had done this to one of our children he would have received the wrath of god, lucifer and my family.

Well, Trav, facetiously speaking, perhaps the priest was introducing the child to Christ's teachings - Matthew 5.39...
39 But I tell you, do not resist an evil person. If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to them the other cheek also.

It's headed for a top of 13, today.
As the old man bird said, sarcastically, "Do you think the day will last that long?"...
It was half a degree - a whole 0.5, at half past ten this morning...
But good news! - It had risen to a Whole degree by a bit after 11... ha ha.
Sensibly, he's decided to spend the day sleeping where it's sunny...
Thankfully, he didn't ask to come inside...
I'd have to go and get an iPad to put underneath him because I don't have any newspaper... ha ha.
Things that I have learnt in the last week, or thereabouts, just to mention it... ha ha.
Yellow split peas aren't very popular, but will be eaten by whoever comes early in the morning, desperate for food - my guess is that's the currawongs, who will eat pretty much anything... ha ha.
"Minute" oats are very nice. But, apparently, not if you're a pigeon... They ignore them.
Oh well, more for me, ha ha.
The pigeons could perform a magic show with pearl barley, though...
"Watch us make these disappear before your eyes!", ha ha.
And the possums... they delight in taking a neat row, pile, of bread on the big table that has been left for the birds, overnight, so they'll have something to eat first thing, and strewing it as if the bread was the yet unused pieces of a large jigsaw puzzle, across the table....
How thoughtful of them to spread the bread out so that the birds can see that they have plenty of choice, ha ha...
