you are doing a fatastic job!!!

Thanks Pepe!

Someone here had a question about which drawing software their daughter should use, and I came across some free ones that look really good.

Inkscape: http://inkscape.org/

Here are some drawings created in inkscape: http://inkscape.org/screenshots/index.php

Krita: http://krita.org/index.php

I clicked on that inkscape link.    WTF?   But then I'm an old fart, so I guess your younger ones would  find it a walk in the park.

Arghhh!!!   I'm still not 'there' yet ....   :_|  I'm in need of more time to be brave enough to get more 'something' into this painting, it's hideous on its own, but it is emerging into something, so with patience, this coming weekend I will have something to show ....  :8}

Fleur, I'm working on a project myself ... it's a large canvas frame, but I'm taking out the canvas and just using the wooden frame for a series of strings with beads ... I'm thinking about it as "falling jewel rain".

sounds interesting katy

Great thread and some good artwork posted.

Im working on one at the moment.

Its an old pair of undies -with peanut butter carefully placed-

going to title it ---------The Follow Through...........................................Richo.

LOL, thanks, Gillie ... it's an experiment ... I need to decorate a window that gets sunlight ... some other people earlier in the thread gave me ideas ...

Richo, you are so wicked! ....  :^O

Sounds fantastic Katy, I'd like to decorate a window too but don't have a clue how, so I'm watching here very carefully xx
