It seems to me that he had a very competent lawyer to get him off with a community service order and a fine.....or a very incompetent judge.
I hope his appeal fails and he gets what he deserves.

no matter what happens now anyone who reads about him will know hes a poor excuse for a human being and prolly will be paying for his 'mistake' for the reast of his life cos these things never go away.
