That is cheap....have you looked at the prices on ebay?

amazing ecar Woman Surprised

they were a huge hit for coles

i even wanted them Woman Embarassed, but we walk to ww so no way hubby would drive to coles instead

It used to be when you bought, for instance, bulk fertiliser, the Company would throw in a "Trucker hat", a cheap and cheerful baseball cap, usually emblazoned with the company logo...

Or, for that matter, a desk diary, or a calender or a pen set... Either way it was a "freebie", something of little or no nominal value.

I couldn't imagine the Coles toys being something that people would go to the trouble of offering good money for, ha ha.

But then, the "Trucker hat" became suddenly fashionable and when the big name brands caught on, up went their price...

It's a funny old world, ha ha, people place value on the  oddest things...

There's all these little nick knacks and things lying around the house, I'm probably sitting on a veritable gold mine, ha ha, but there's only one thing that really matters, here, something valuable beyond measure, and she's having a nap at the moment, ha ha.

🙂

hubby has a huge collection of baseball company caps also tshirts from when

he was at work , he had to buy and pick up a lot of 'stuff' for work

some freebies were very good some ... well not so good hehe

true re the value of things peeps collect

years back i got a squeezie plastic 'tim tam' biscuit in a easter show bag

years later put it on here and i cant remember the exact sell price but it blew me away that any one would want it,

never mind pay that much for it Woman Surprised

DD took it to work once for a laugh put it on her desk everyone reared back when they saw it hahahaha

Mother magpie has a boundless imagination when it comes to ways of getting my attention...

I came home from doing some shopping, opened the back door on the car and took a couple of bags inside...

When I went back to the car, having left the back door open... guess who was standing on the back seat, waiting for me, patiently...? ha ha.
