LEST WE FORGET

.

Dockers players with 2 hole in ones.

If they play footy as well as golf then they are set.

Same here deb, great win but feel sorry for Melbourne.

They are a better side than the result shows.

Listened to Jon Faine today from The Memorial.

Some amazing stories from the war we are only beginning to hear and yet to hear about.

Speaking of the footy I am very happy to see my Cats back where they belong..on top!! not sure for how long but boy to beat those Hawks like we did was the best...one team I like to see lose..great to see some rain this morning lets hope it spreads and country Vic gets a good soaking too,up in Yea it is so dryCat Sad

Good afternoon Smiley Happy

Thought you would be happy about your boys position on the ladder Nics.  I was conflicted about the Tigers/Dees match as I have previously supported them when it comes to Victorian teams but out of loyalty to Deb and Kopes (plus a couple of other friends) the Tiges have my main support for t'othersider clubs lol.

There is no way in the world that I would or could support the Pies though - I would even support the Eagurls in a match between them Smiley Frustrated

The Dons almost made it yesterday - I know one fellow who will be mightily disappointed with that result Smiley Wink

Kopes, I heard a fantastic interview on the ABC with one of our remaining Rats of Tobruk - 98 years of age - and as bright and mentally agile as someone 30 years his junior.  Check out Bob Semple!  Wonderful, wonderful man.  Also was blown away by some who phoned in to share their stories.  How fortunate are we to live here in this wonderful country.

Was checking out some real estate this week - anyone got a cool $4.4m for this renovators 'delight'?  Just love the bones of the old house and I know you would love it too Deb.  Check out 175 Wilsons Creek Road Mullumbimby.

One can dream Smiley LOL

.

I agree with your sentiment re: Collingwood Laney  Cat LOL

that's a traditional Victorian homestead Laney... great design with the main rooms being off the central hallway and you can  build however you like on the rear of the house...  love the return verandah and french door (windows) on the front rooms

I guess you'd be biting your nails about now Laney

anyway... good luck

No nail biting for me Deb Smiley LOL

Nerves yes!

Looking good now, specially for Mundy's 300th!

Tomorrow the matches will be 'interesting' Smiley Wink

Hope you had a good day - ours was perfect here.  Loving this autumn weather.

Wasn't that house in Mullimbimby full of potential - you are probably more of a double brick girl though whereas I tend to favour weatherboards.

YAY!!!!!!! Freo by 19 points - back UP the ladder lol lol

.

congrats on your win Laney...  you're having a better year than last year

I do like brick houses but you can be so much more creative when renovating weatherboards as they're so much easier to work with.. really I like both as long as they're Victorian Woman LOL
