Here is a bit of my painting effort. First one is unfinished, the second one is finished and framed.
Will post some more later or tomorrow.

You're a very clever little budgie, . I can't paint water, too tricky. I love the way you've done the mountains too.

Pimpy, thank you, but I am no acomplished painter. Just like dabbling with paints. Have done quite a few paintings that my family liked and have them hanging on their walls. I can do landscapes, but am hopeless at painting animals or portraits. It's enjoyable and relaxing, and that's all I care about.
I'll try anything to see if I can be good at it and if I enjoy the time creating. I'll never make a name for myself or become famous and make big money with my creations, but who cares, as long as I am having fun spending my spare time creating.
Here are is one of my knitting pieces I designed myself. Handspun the wool, dyed it and made a coat for my best friend in the north of America.
The black background is a natural colour from a black sheep, the other colours were spun first from a white sheep. I loved spinning and miss it now. Can't use a conventional wheel anymore because of back trouble, and can not afford an electric wheel. Maybe one day I'll winn Lotto and can go back to my fafourite hobby.
Erica :-x

Erica...........adore the coat....how clever of you to spin the wool and dye it as well.
I did some spinning a few years back. Did enjoy it.
