Hi folks!

Apologies for being AWOL for so long - real life took over and I must say I was enjoying it.  Back into the work force albeit only for a few weeks but it felt good.

Some interesting results (pleasing but perhaps not so pleasing for some) in my absence ........ I have been missing much of what has been happening so will read back to get the lie of the land.

Hope you have been happy and well ...... looks like the east is getting some chilly weather at the moment.  Just spoke to my kin - their gardens are blanketed with snow and they finally have the winter woolies out   I used to love stoking up the combustion stove, watching the flickering flames and listening to the gentle falling of snowflakes on the roof ..... I actually miss all that.

Anyway, looks like I have a bit to catch up on.

I was doing some extra curricular work which severely limited my available free time - hence my absence.  Staring down the NBN conversion issues as they are not far away.  I am anxious about it but like most things I will probably wonder (after the event) why I was paying interest on money not yet due 

Sounds like we are about to get a taste of your winter weather in the next few days.  The rain will be most welcome as our water restrictions have come into effect and the garden is not looking too happy.

My kin back east have been having snow and really awful road conditions.  Cannot say I miss those conditions that much lol

Glued to the French Open at the moment - Ash one set all against Anisimova (6-7 and 6-3) and held serve in the third set. Ash went walkabout in the first set after leading 5-0.  C'mon Ash!!!!!!!
