buy a home in a high rise and when it begins falling down you get kicked out and left standing on the sidewalk with nothing!

it wouls seem builders of these hi-rise apartments know the building only has to last beyond 10 years and even if it falls down they walk scott free, as do everyone else except the apartment owners
