I can't argue that it is a lovely place and it is their culture, but I can argue that this is the 21st century and I can't help but feel sorry and sad about the way certain cultures still function.
That's just the way it is, but then again after all, 'cultures' are simply a product of human connections in terms of where they are and how they develop tribally or otherwise either in so called developed or developing countries.
But that's a subject for another time and discussion ... meanwhile I hope your wonderful journey is meeting all expectations, and I'm looking forward to seeing more pictures of beautiful animals roaming in the wildnerness of Africa xx

I think their culture is to be admired. - even here in our 21st.
Nothing is wasted - food - hides - all for a living purpose.
I wear leather shoes.

I meant - what are they.??
What purpose - they kind of look like - things to carry things in - wear. ??
It's so cold here - can I have a couple of faux ones (LOL) - for underneath the tracky dacks.
Take care - stay safe.

Traditional Swazi Attire
There is a wide range of traditional attire related to different cultural ceremonies, as well as day-to-day usage. Traditional attire is specific to gender and age group, and some items are only to be worn during specific traditional ceremonies, such as the incwala or the umhlanga (reed dance)”
