I don't mind the out of date magazines due to reading problem.

What I don't like with the waiting rooms,

is the people that are gas bagging on their phones

ignoring the sign that asks patients to turn off mobile phones.

The young cockatoos brought an old man in with them this morning...

"Who's your friend?"... I asked...

"He doesn't like people..."... was the reply, ha ha...

Every time it looks, to him, like I might be heading in his direction, he looks uncomfortable and moves away...

This has happened before, with different birds, so I'm not entirely lost as to what to do - be patient and give him his space.

Either he'll warm to the idea that I'm not so bad after all...

Or he won't... ha ha.
