Yesterday I received some literature from the Doctor in regards to the idiopathic brachial neuritis.
The title in very large font says
"Pain you can not ignore"
Which is a complete slap in the face because not only did this healthcare professional ignore any mention by myself of the pain in my arm but became angry with me after I asked when the pain in my arm would be addressed after the diagnosis of adhesive capulitis and told me in harsh terms to talk to the pyshio about it.
The pyshio isn't able to order scans or provide diagnosis.
Thankfully the pyshio listened but only after much repeated whinging and sent a letter to the Doctor recommending an MRI.
To add even more insult to injury she is now patting herself on the back for arranging this diagnosis when she fought me the whole way
Before anyone suggests getting another Doctor I've tried and was told in no uncertain terms by the other Doctor that I went to for a second opinion that I have to stay with my treating physician.
If you have a great Doctor hang onto them
When I lived in Adelaide I had a fantastic Doctor.

(Video which i can't copy for some reason....bright)
Terrific ad, very creative.
However can't vouch for the effectiveness of the product which i can never use without leaving streaks.

Oh dear.............be wary of buying copies..............apparently they are watered down. ![]()
Cheaper stores, $2 shops etc.
Yeah great ad.............but like many very creative ads, it's often difficult to remember the product.
I would remember this one as being a window cleaner but not necessarily the brand.

I barely set foot in the kitchen and there was a white flash from tall tree out the back...
I can't see him from where I'm standing, but obviously he could see me... ha ha.
Down came the old man bird, from tree to tall arch and down to the bridges, with all the practiced ease and confidence of a bird who virtually lives here... ha ha...
"Breakfast...?", he said, sitting on the bridge, just above head height...
I remember three or four days ago when the sight of me would have sent him scurrying in the opposite direction... ha ha.
"Breakfast??", he said, again, with just a touch more emphasis, just in case it had escaped me that his needs weren't being met...
He's going to fit in here just fine, ha ha...

There was a garden waste bag lying off to the side of the path.
It's rained a couple of times during the past week, and that's been excuse enough for me to not bother moving the bag... ha ha.
I moved it this afternoon, exposing all the bugs and crawlies that had been taking shelter underneath it...
I'd barely stepped away before a currawong had descended on the feast... ha ha...
Happy,, happy, happy bird... ha ha.
Now I'm going to have to find somewhere else to lay the bag down, so I can gather another round of bugs for him...
Slaters... A uniform grey, oval shaped, look like they have segmented armour, insects...
"Oh", the currawong chimed in... "Don't forget they're bite sized", ha ha...

Apparently they taste like prawns and could become a future food source

I'm never going to be able to look at another "Cup of noodles" with the fine print on the side - may contain traces of crustacea, again, without thinking of that currawong, and the slaters... ha ha...
Bugs... The food of the future...
Okay, but it's a bit like meat pies - if you don't tell me what's in them, I won't ask and we'll both be happy... ha ha...

I worked in a bakery.
Before I started working at that bakery all the meat pots had a layer of burnt on crud at the bottom.
I ate the pies there so I cleaned the pots properly.
Boss said that I was the best dish pig he'd ever had in twenty five years

"Can you pass me another jam tart...? I don't seem to be able to move at the moment..."... ha ha.

If you put bird seed in it then you could say that you hand feed the birds... ha ha...
