Who give one?????  ....... They need to get off their backside,  get out there and give these folk some badly needed cash  asap

The collection and distribution of these donations needs to handled in a far better way than they have been.  If the Red Cross cant do it, then they need butt out and to pass the job onto an org that can, one that is able to get the  donated $$$ to those  who need it asap
