I have Running on Empty on DVD.
It's my second favourite movie after Mad Max.

There's some Yank movie called Running on Empty.
I've never seen it.
Can't remember what the Yanks called our movie.
Causes confusion when you're arguing about the best car movies.
Midnight Spares is pretty good too.
Two Hands although not a car movie features the best car ever built though.

I'm in the process of building two slot cars from the Running on Empty movie.
The Ford XY and Dodge Challenger
I have the cars and have to get the decals from Pattos place.
I'm planning on building two of each and selling a pair to hopefully end up with my two for labour only

Yes, I saw that a few years ago now.
I did enjoy it.
I love seeing Aussie cars in movies

The xc coupe was not very popular in the day and the cobra version still took years to clear the last of them.  Hard to believe nowdays when you look at the prices for one. I wish I bought one back in the 90's but got a xd instead. Hopefully values might pick up for them one day, mines only got about 180 000ks on it after someone tried to steal it. Now been in storage for half its life.
