This video is alarming, how could the Chinese leader allow all those OS visitors to go home knowing the virus can be spread person to person, affectively he infected the whole world when 95 % of it could have been contained in China, I believe he should be up for criminal charges along with Trump for down playing it..

Dictators, actual or wannabe, aren't subject to criminal charges. Especially if they haven't signed up to the ICC.
