Vic hasnt closed theirs, dont think NSW ones are closed, do you have a link re that?

Just saw a news report on ABC news, NSW are NOT closed atm

The police seem to be issuing warnings most of the time, and just issuing the fines when these warnings are ignored or the offenders become argumentative.

Many news stories leave out these important details which makes it hard for us who read them.
