Respectfully announcing the untimely passing of a 30 year career Police Officer of the neighouring State of South Australia , the result of a three car collision in suburbia Adelaide 

The Officer's husband who was driving, a retired Police officer , while injured was discharged from hospital.

This fatal car incident involved 3 cars at an intersection , one of which was driving quick enough to become airborne 

Another female driver passed away at the scene 

Another male driver was badly injured
