poor old gladys, when put on the spot by a question from a non NSW australian she attacks!
the question was a fair and honest question many non NSW australians want an answer to, why would anyone listen to her or her govt when they have proven to be pretty bad at handling this virus.
she takes no responsibility for the fallout from the slack decision to allow that ships nearly 3,000 passengers to disembark and travel off to the 4 corners of the country taking the virus with them
she should have resigned!
and now south of the border we have " ruby princess abattoirs "

i really feel sorry that NSW is lumbered with such a pathetic excuse for a leader.
its really no surprise that NSW is coronovirus screwup central under her leadership.
why the people of NSW are not calling for her to resign is a mystery!
'lets lift those travel bans so she can send more of her virus carriers to other states to make her state look less like a basket case run by a moron'
if you cant beat the virus spread it around so your not the one sticking out like a sore toe
i say lets increase the bans and stop anyone from NSW traveling anywhere.
and ban this woman from doing media so she cant spread her daft ideas
However for some has been a dividend - a saving in travel costs and so more disposable income ( hopefully used for local things that really matter)

It's totally ridiculous to compare the abattoirs to Ruby Princess; by the time the ship docked, it was well understood that the virus spreads on these ships infecting much higher percentage than in other circumstances. It was also known that they have number of sick passengers aboard, some diagnosed with COVID19.
The abattoirs was a different story, as the 1st guy diagnosed was not actually working at that time due to injury, so there was no reason to suspect it originated there. Unfortunately, about 4 out of 5 infectious people are asymptomatic. Ongoing testing large number of people is the only way to isolate clusters early. Thankfully, our Victorian government is doing that, while cautiosly moving to relaxing restrictions.
By the way, my daughter got tested last week and was told that she tested "negative for COVID 19, as well as flu, and other common viruses".

whos to say there is no link between the ruby princess and the outbreak in victoria?
the trail of infections could maybe be traced right back to someone from that darn ship.
but tracing it may well be near impossible

There have been over 700 cases in Australia linked to the Ruby Princess, involving all States and Territories. The real number would be much higher (passed on), but tracing the other cases is just not possible.

You are really obsessed with her, I wonder why. And when you rant like this despite all the glaring facts you sound like a country bumpkin.

By the time of awakening regarding the abattoir blight we should have known better the need for pre-emptive mitigation for a closed worker warm sweaty working environment dealing with animals who have ACE2 proteins.
I think this subject was discussed some time ago here...

maybe i'm obsessed because she is the only sate premier who has actually caused deaths australia wide by spreading the virus from her state?
maybe i follow her anouncements waiting for her to accept responsibility for those deaths?
maybe i keep reading her dumb as rocks ideas of how other states should follow her leadership!?
omg! had the other states acted like NSW 2 months ago we would be in big trouble!
luckily all the other leaders surrounded themselves with the right experts and quickly put into place measures to stop the virus from spreading.
and yes, i blame her and her other ministers for every death associated with the allowing of the passengers from the ruby princess to dissembark and wander off far and wide!
the woman acts like it was just a little mistake by someone else, nothing to do with her.
shes not fit to lead a girl scout group to a picnic, let alone run a state during a pandemic!
