At Kalbarri and from whatwe have seen it is lovely. Let you know more later when I have had a good look around.

Well once we left Derby I was most disappointed. Broome was very over rated much like Port Douglas in Queensland and many places in between. That of course is just my opinion. I say to people to go see for yourself and make your own decision etc. Saw the dolphins at Monkey Mia. Love the beautiful wild flowers and going to go to the wild flower centre here in Kalbarri to get some info on them. When we turned off the North Coast Highway onto the Kalbarri road my impression was WOW. Beautiful. I am thinking a week here as it looks so nice.

I love Kalbarri, truely is a lovely spot. I have some photos somewhere of the river mouth being blocked, and the fishing boats not being able to get out.

Will agree that Broome is over rated.

It is the smaller locations that attract my attention.
