I think it a bit of a tale.

It doesn't even say - what - exactly was wrong with the phone - to need repairing in the first place.

Why pay $100 - on top of repair costs - there would have to be a repair invoice.

When the ' evidence ' - the said phone - could just have been literally binned.

Lost.

I agree agree, Dom, Why bother to go through the rigmarole & pay extra to delete data to someone. On a Iphone that's probably not worth the costs of the total service bill!?

One would think the hubby would just destroy the phone and buy another one...keep his dishonesty to himself - & not get anyone else involved.

If taken in for repairs - no need for note - no need for $$$$ - simply ask for it to be repaired & set back to factory.

What is actually on the phone is no business of the repairer - who is working and shouldn't have time to bother with contents.

It says the wifey was with him - taking it to the store - come back in an hour - ' clean phone '.

Think it is one of those ' stories '.

Just a thought Joz - maybe it was the same ' repairer ' - who handed in Hunter's laptop. lol
