That picture gave me a laugh. It reminds me though of a plastic container like that I saw at the cemetery. It was just sitting there on the grass and had an insert with a person's name, date of death, plaque location etc etc
I took a photo of it at the time as I thought it was someone's ashes ready to be placed and thought it a bit slack that they were just left there where anyone could take them. Not that anyone in their right mind would want them. SO I emailed the cemetery with the photo.

They replied it was just soil for that location, ready for when the ashes were to be placed.
