As for the bit of your post that I have quoted  . . . whereas you use the word 'general', I would use the word vague. 

"Many people around the world"  is wishy washy at best. As I said, vague.

I doubt many people who read this would be able to name a Ukrainian seller they know of.

Can you tell us of a Ukrainian seller? (Without having to go searching for one).

And can you enlighten us as to how to find genuine Ukrainian sellers if we don't know of any?

well, I know one thing . . . I don’t need an ‘alerter’ to let me know about any posts on these boards.

Maybe he needs an ‘alerter’ because of all the research he does for his posts!  He doesn’t have the time to read replies to his posts so he contracts that out to someone else.

My question to 4channel, and I think it is a valid question to someone who has prattled on about sock puppets, just who is this alerter of yours?  

Maybe the alerter will not remain in the background, in the shadow of 4channel so to speak, and out themselves . . . in the interests of full disclosure.
