Mint leaves, that was what I was trying to recall yesterday. I could see them but couldn't remember their name.
Oh those were the days Richo, when the Americans hadn't changed our language and we had our own way of talking and doing things and factories like Vegemite and Sao biscuits were, along with IXL jams were still Australian owned.
No drug problems back then either, smoking and drinking were the main sins and back then of course smoking wasn't considered a problem.. (maybe that was not good tho)
We didn't have the Govt confusion and unpleasantness that exists nowadays and if there was any it was behind closed doors and the public didn't hear of it.
The Prime Ministers seemed sincere and hard working and we respected them... Heck! I was never embarrassed by Menzies or any of the others when they went overseas. They spoke well, dressed well and had manners.
Not so nowadays 😞

Evening seniors.
Not doing the political stuff:O.
We will have Lakeland and the others in here-lol.
Darki-its like Bonds bluey singlets.
Had a few from many years ago-now grey and have a few holes.
Keep the shape.
Recently purchased 3 copies by mistake.
Wore em once over the last long weekend-washed em and
hung em one the line.
They ended up a bell shape and were wider than long.
Not a happy camper---well was at the camp but
not after doing the washing.-lol...............Richo.

Hi Grandmoon and Gilly---went for the larger one.
An Austin A70---black with the spats painted white
--"The Wanderer" painted on the boot.
Fox tail on a long whip aerial-with some kind of
Coke plastic aerial damper on the top.
-was surposed to stop the aerial moving around----
but i think it was an advertising gimmick-lol.........Richo.
PS -Grandmoon--it was known as the Ford Defect-not Prefect.
