Thanks for all the well wishes and prayers everyone. I'm just plodding along I guess what ever happens will happen.

Nef I think its great you are making decisions to improve your health. I just want to encourage you to go for it, I know you can and will conquer anything!

Actually I thought its time I take the bull by the horn myself and take better care of me. I'm going to start running again, I have grown some 20 kilo over the last 6 months and well enough's enough.

Time to look after me as well...

You do take care of you, I have stacked the weight on too after the broken foot but I am losing a bit of weight now, down to 62ks so if I can lose another 6ks will be back on track:)

Wow Dame a red car dont get to carried away with it, lol.
Sons room is a pig sty but I refuse to clean it I'm on strike I ask him to pick up all his dirty cloths and his floor is still a mess with doona covers etc. I think I'm gonna ban him eating in his room cause there is empty food packets everywhere. Very distressing when the rest of the house is tidy...

Hi Nef and yes they do go through that pig sty pig living in the sty and later sounding like the pig in the sty:) .......thats when they grunt at everything:):)

Yes hard to keep on top of them and yes one does get sick of the sound of ones own voice yelling at them:)........they do grow out of it..................eventually:)

I've asked to become a member I would like myself and c to be baptised, however I caught myself cursing at someone when I went to pick up my son well I had 11 years in the military from age 17-28 its hard to change the habits of a life time. Personal note to self I must not swear or take the lords name in vain...
