Lol girl you get some fresh fruit or lots of water into you .......every time you feel like a smoke have a swig of water.....put all ash trays right out of sight cig packs and cig lighters anything that remotely smells like cigs..dont forget to clean out the ashtray in your car as well:)

Lol yes the withdrawals arnt good.........have a huge drink of water when you get home chuck all the clothes in the washing machine that smell of cigs that first three days is the hardest but then becomes a piece of cake:)

Geez i could go a piece of choc cake at the momento.........made a grammar pie so will have to be content with that:)
