PJ, it is going to be difficult for her for a while, aspies need rutine, we struggle without it. Her mother has always been apart of her life, her rutine, so she has not only lost her mother but a lifelong rutine.
be there for her, but give her space when she needs it.

she is very lost atm....her brother is being a right royal pain......R(my friend) cant understand what has happened ,she wants to get her mum from the hospital, in case she wakes up...I have tried explaining that she cant wake up, and she cant get her from the hospital..she is going to need heaps of help packing her mums house up...I can't let her brother stick her with everything....her mum has no bills so that's ok, her mum is in credit with most of them,

I am doing my best to try help her, but it is really hard for me to really do anything ,not being family and all...

bluecat,, it is heartbreaking, her brother is at her place now.trying to make her sign some paperwork,, I have told her not to sign anything til she speaks to centrelink, or to give me a buzz and tell me what he wants her to sign.....She is very confused , I have to keep ringing her to remind her to take her medications and to check her diabetes....she lives a really long way away from me so it's not easy...

Good morning all.

Well we got to Broken Hill yesterday. Had a lovely overnight stay at Mungo. Saw everything we wanted to see. Lost my lunch to the happy jack birds on saturday. They just grabbed the sanger out of my hand. LOL and there were so many ofc them. I will load those pictures later in the week.

Today we will go for a wander around the town and take some photos. Hoping to get to Silverton tomorrow for the day. We plan to leave here on Thursday to head to Cobar for a couple of days. Think R is itching to get north to do some barra fishing. Will be nice to have some fresh fish.Our son has caught a few lately and sent us the pics. Talk about teasing us. lol
