> Apparently her boyfriend of almost 3 years, with whom she lives, has broken up with her.
>
> Poor girl is just beside herself, and I was ready to jump in my car with P, and drive the 3-4 hours to Brisbane to get her. But she's going to stay with a friend tonight.
>
> So we are going to pick her up tomorrow after work, and bring her up here to Hervey Bay to spend a few days with me, and sort out things. At this stage she wants to move back in with me, which of course is perfectly fine by me.
>
> This is her first real broken heart, and I just wish I could take the pain away for her. I had the feeling something like this was on the cards........just something she'd said to me on the phone last week, and a niggling worry that's been in my head these past few nights.
>
> Vent over, tears still being shed. Can't wait to have my girl back with me again. Even at 20 years of age, she is still my little girl.
Hugs Lilly and yes we are Mothers till we draw the final card out of the Pack,
Wishing your daughter all the best things must be still so very raw for her:)

PJ, it is going to be difficult for her for a while, aspies need rutine, we struggle without it. Her mother has always been apart of her life, her rutine, so she has not only lost her mother but a lifelong rutine.
be there for her, but give her space when she needs it.
I don't know what normal is anymore

Well we got to Broken Hill yesterday. Had a lovely overnight stay at Mungo. Saw everything we wanted to see. Lost my lunch to the happy jack birds on saturday. They just grabbed the sanger out of my hand. LOL and there were so many ofc them. I will load those pictures later in the week.
Today we will go for a wander around the town and take some photos. Hoping to get to Silverton tomorrow for the day. We plan to leave here on Thursday to head to Cobar for a couple of days. Think R is itching to get north to do some barra fishing. Will be nice to have some fresh fish. Our son has caught a few lately and sent us the pics. Talk about teasing us. lol
Jen how right you re the can not tell a man anything.
Have a great day all. BBL.
