beanie i am glad that your beanie puppy is lots better, its horrible when you have a sick furbaby, I have been very lucky with naji, he is 12.6 years old & apart from having hin neutered and his vaccinations ,he has been to the vet twice, for being unwell, turned out that he had bladder infections, that is when he was a kitten, he has not been to the vets for any ilnesses in at least 11.6 years...the vet said that because he is an indoor cat he only needs his vaccinations every 2 years, I still get them done yearly, tho as he can have a check up & you never know when you are going to have to use boarding facilities...
Hey missy and chatty and zaidee and chris,, and scatty and bella and chatty..oh gee too many too mention so I will just say hi to all my friends!
my big op is getting closer and I am so scared...its a huge thing for me, not the hugest op I have ever had, but it's up there...it will be my 24th operation on my eye....
I did not get to the zoo as I was not well enough, but maybe weekend after next I will go (just before my op)..
I have been busy lately tho, going here there and everywhere, its a pain trying to keep up with doctors appointments, & shopping and then keeping up with friends and then making time for myself..
I went out prolly 10 days ago ,decided to be clever and take a short cut to where i was going, oh yeah some short cut NOT..I should of just gone the easiest way..d'oh..
zaidee, some parents and kids at these sporting events can be so nasty anyone would think that abusing other parents and kids is their God given right,I have only ever had to stand up to one parent once at my friends daughters netball game, her mum could'nt be there so i went, well her daughter threw the ball and it hit another player in the head, it was purely accidental, this mother started screaming at my friends daughter who was only 9 at the time..I approached her and said"if you want to scream at someone scream at me" she got really abusive and was saying it was delibverate, blah blah blah, blind freddie could seeit was accidental, in the end she was screaming so loud she was escorted from the school grounds and was barred from attending the next 3 matches...glad that you were able to difuse the situation tho!
well I might try and get a few hours sleep before my carer gets here at 9.30.. seeya... will drop in either later today or tomorrow take care!

Frankly its the dentist that still worries me.On my card is written very, very, very, very, very nervous client. I had two verys struck off once because I was so good but I think they must have put two more on there after I had my wisdom tooth pulled in the chair and they had to give me 3 valium.
As to sleep...YUP I too don't always get so much. Last few nights I wake up at 2 o r3 am and thats it until Hubby gets up at 7.30am and then MAYBE I may catch up a little.
THEN = Shatzi jumps up on bed and sticks her nose in my ear and whines at me to get up. Its nearly always at 9.00am. Before I got sick I would have been embarrassed to sleep so late, now its a requirement to be able to deal with my day. But hey people are worse off than me, at least I can make ebay my job and social life... LOL
I lost one of my good carers last week, she left the agency but at least I still have two of the girls left. THEY DO NOT GET PAID ENOUGH for all the things they do to help out. Plus they love my dog.
HEY love my dog and you are a friend for life, she is my baby.
Hope everyone has a good week
