Good morning. Wet here in Brissie. My nephew and his family arrive at the Gold Coast from Melbourne today. Poor things will be so disappointed with the weather. First family holiday. So I hope it fines up for them. I will be going down to see them next Saturday.

Cleaning out all my stuff today. Sorting and throwing what I do not need/want. Oh the fun. Then I am off to find a storage shed during the week. Taking the grandies to Maccas for lunch today before we drop some of them home.

I thought I best pop in and tell you all I am still in the land of the living:) and thanks so much for your thoughts of me and mine.
I am not home much anymore, most of my time is spent at Mums appartment as I have had trips to emergency in the middle of the night quite frequently lately so do not like to leave her too much.
Ash is spending more time at respite facilities while we are waiting for a placement for him.
Not much news in my life just a continual merry go round as I am sure Jen knows where I am coming from.
I will have to set a puter up at Mums so I can pop on from time to time
Miss and chatty gal much love to you both and to all the thread.

Hi JVH hang in there - hopefully soon she will grow up and get a life! We can pick our friends but can't pick our family lol - think there's a couple in every family we would like to 'swap' - littlie still in and out of her casts - braces should be ready soon. Think they may reduce her meds next week which is fantastic!

Hiya purps enjoy maccas - love a big mac once in a blue moon but they don't like me lol! Weather here is beautiful - hope yours improves for your nephew!

Sorry your mum still isn't up to par - went through similar with mine a few weeks ago - one night was so upset/worried started to cry (big help I wasn't that night!) - sending hugs and everything positive your way, as always. Do hope you manage to set up the computer at your mother's so we get to see you more often. Take care of you and your very special lady!

Hi Dame and yes full on and very draining as well for you:)........have you thought of just getting a small lappie with say a 10 inch screen..........allows you to stay connected with the outside world.......and they are coming down in price all the time..........tough road ahead.........just remember to take care of you :)x

Hi and hoping the weather lifts.........everything already delayed by hours due to the lousy weather:(...........such is life..........just waiting till first light to see if we can get out of the street or not lol
