Good morning all. Just a bit of a chill in the air here this morning.

The bursitis in my right hip is killing me. Should rest it but it hurts just to sit around as well as to walk. Just can not win.

Not sure what is on the agenda today. I need to do the washing or I will be scaring the locals tomorrow. LOL

Hi Purps Do you take cod liver oil at all for your bursitis.........sometimes fish oil does help......must be very painful for you:)

Hi Jen no I do not take anything. Can not take antiinflams because of ulcers. Hate fish oil but think I may have to try and get some odourless ones. The pain is terrible. Basically just grin and bear it. The electric blanket was helping but I can no longer lay on that side and it is too warm here for it anyway. Oh well I will survive.

I am off to have breakfast and get the washing done. Have a great day. Bye for now.

Sorry haven't been posting for a while - sadly I lost my nephew a couple of weeks ago - (a tragic accident) - haven't felt much like chatting cyber (or RL).

Purple so glad to hear your grandson is on the mend. Awful worry for you being away from home. Will look forward to more holiday posts and good news!

The normal cod liver oil caps are fine and they are also beneficial for hair and skin..........is worth a try:)

Good morning all. Up and about already. Not happy with this state of affairs. LOL

Miss I am so sorry to hear about your nephew. Hugs to you.

Well our friends arrived yesterday. The men went fishing last night and caught nothing worthwhile. So will have another try today,We went for a drive to Karumba yesterday. Got some king prawns from the trawler for $12 kg. Yummo. Will be buying more when we get up there on Tuesday.

As far as I know our grandson is doing okay. Have heard nothing. The daughter in law from hell has been stirring up trouble again. So I have decided to meet up with my son in Townsville and cut ties altogether. I do not want nor need this stress. So sometimes we need to take a stand regardless of how painful it is.

Other than that all is going well. Just wish I could sleep in more. Might head back to bed and see if I can sleep. Plus I really need to load more pics to show on here.
