Hi JVH hope you had a wonderful day! I hit the ground running and have just put the last of the dishes away and it's after midnight! Really enjoyed my family today it's not often enough we are all together! My sister flies home first thing tomorrow!

Feel like I could sleep for a week but my brother is coming up 8am tomorrow to have a look at my roof. Hope he brings my niece!

Good afternoon everyone!

Hi JVH hope you are well today! Still tired here lol. My brother fixed the roof drain in less than 10 minutes and stayed for brekkie. My niece was still in bed - they go on holiday tomorrow won't be back until the day of her hospital appt. About 3 weeks. I will miss them.
I put a few pics of the fam on fb.

Hope everyone is well recovered from the big day. New Years next I'm hoping to lie low for that one!

Hi JVH were invited to go away with friends over new years but primarily for camping/fishing which is not really my thing and the OH is still needing to get his toe checked/redressed every 2-3 days so not feasible anyway.
Best to stay off the roads I agree too many yahoos but at least the high police presence is comforting.

Have been totally wiped out today didn't leave the house at all. Managed a shower late morning and have been in and out do bed all day with the remote and the laptop lol!

Morning Miss and yes understand re the toe dressing........and yes camping is ok when there is a whole lot of you and one is young and silly........but there always seems to be heaps to cart away and pack up etc if one camps. Loved the photos on Facebook:)  Glad you are having a rest........you must be exhausted:(

How did the fur baby enjoy christmas.......they can generally over eat as well

Hi JVH not interested in camping unless there is a comfortable hotel in the vicinity lol to'camp out in.
Funny you should mention the pooch caused me great concern when later in the evening he was resting and my niece went to pat him and he growled and snapped at her and nipped her on the face!! He has never acted like that before and was in no way provoked as she had already backed away when he growled. I was/am devastated he did this!
