Miss back inside for a big rest the neighbours came and gave us a hand for a while and bought over morning tea and some fresh vegies.........nice to know nice people:)

My bro is away ATM (had to open the letter from the children's hospital advising the appt. postponement and let him know. He is not happy) this is the 2nd time and he is going to ring the dr. Anyway I went to feed their cats and his neighbor had mowed his lawn! Nice to know such nice people are around!

Hmm just thinking I'm a nice person for running around feeding cats and dealing with mail lol!!

Hi Miss and yes im sure he your brother would just like to know exactly what is going on with the little angel...........but one can only hope that the news at the end of all this wait is so worth it and that the little angel is 200% well.

Yes well these days one has to keep a very good eye on things houses etc when one is away......i get all our mail sent to a post office box........the gardener who is marvellous keeps an eye on things as do the neighbours and they know the number of the security firm to ring etc etc........still gives one an uneasy feeling if one is away though:(

Sure is a worry JVH my gf was robbed recently while they were at work during the day! Of all the things they took it was a ring her mother had given her (diamond family heirloom) and a bracelet from her late father upset her the most. So much so she hasn't even told her mother! She is hoping to have a ring made as similar as possible and find a similar bracelet and hopes her mother doesn't notice.

Just had the mobile dog wash here and now taking the dog for a walk as a reward lol!

Oh geez thats so horrible does she have a picture of the pieces as a good jeweller can copy anything.....you really have to wonder about some people

OH is at the dr right now actually big improvement in the foot since he saw this specialist. Thinking soon he will be back at the gym.

Morning morning all read the front page of the Bulletin today and Banora and Terranora are the leading contenders for the most $#@!^ snakes.......the snake catcher is kept very busy and at 70.00 a pop is a good business........i always start either the hedge trimmer or whipper snipper and stick that in an area that we maybe working in....not a fan of snakes or the do gooders that love them either Lost a wonderful horse and 2 magic dogs to a dammed tiger...........hateful things

Off to have a large nana nap stinken hot here going to b 39 in Brissie today which means mind blowing humidity lol

OOH snakes....made me shiver just reading this post! Still feeling bad for the young mum who stood on the brown one prior to Xmas! Can't be too careful. My sister gets them in her garden (lives in the country) and she disposes of them herself having 3 littlies to worry about.

Busy morning cat/mail duty/ordered a flower delivery/watch battery replaced/purchased a gift cert/shopped etc. having a cuppa now lol.

Hi Miss thats one mad whirl by the sounds of it.......and yes if there are little kiddies about or pets or valuable lifestock one takes a necessary path.

One of my cousins who is a male chauvinist couldnt believe it when Helen disposed of this massive king brown......she is not quite 5 foot and the snake was close to 6 foot.  One shot and she got it......it was either the snake or the kiddies.........def. a no brainer.

He insisted on counting the bullets and only then would he believe that she had indeed got it with one shot......i mighthasten to add he hasnt improved with age lol
