Hi JVH how awful to hear Dorro was younger. Sounds as though he was one of the regulars here too. I rarely venture into the mainstream boards more of just a glance at topics that may be of interest. Always so sad to hear. And a gentleman by the sounds may he rest in peace!

OH just left for the Dr and I'm playing games with the miss. Going to take her somewhere fun soon.

How did the OH go with the docs today?

Oh no early 50s that is tragic! So sad for him and his family and his friends is a terrible loss!

Treated the miss to a mani and pedi which was ruined before we even made it to a cafe lol! She enjoyed it anyway. We enjoyed our day.

Not so poor OH may need surgery booked in with an ortho surgeon next week. Was told worse case scenario will be loss of part of the foot. Was sent for another bone scan X-rays and blood work too. Also may be admitted to go on a drip for a few days of antibiotics. All pending specialst to confer with the ortho after that appt. Says this frightened him a bit hopefully will get sorted before any drastic measures.

I bet the little miss had a marvellous time at the salon the little ones love stuff like that...........been doing so much gardening and cleaning my hands are very care worn lol

Thanks so much JVH will keep you posted. Very frustrating he feels while it is getting worse he is just being passed from one specialist to another. Last one thinks it is bone disease related and fears there is evidence of it in the other foot as well!

You certainly deserve a mani pedi after all that gardening effort! Seems never ending!

Rare treat spent much of the afternoon with my brother. (Neices dad). He normally works every spare minute but took a time out today.

Oh geez thats really worrying news about the OH and all the problems with his feet/foot and some of these doctors arnt the best to put it mildly.......one tends to lose a bit of faith in the medical profession

I know when i was diagnosed with BC took 3 doctors before it was nailed.......one fool even said i might have a torn rotor cuff in the shoulder lol laughable
