Bushfires all around thankfully well south of us here - a favourite area of ours which has been the focus of black swan breeding. Just hope the cygnets were strong enough to get out in time.
It is like a replay of the Mundaring fires around 10 years ago and those in Armadale even longer ago. I feel for those folks who have lost homes, livestock, pets and well - just everything.
A quiet Christmas here - by choice. Bring on 2024 when hopefully world affairs might get back in balance a little more although with the way things are going across the Pacific it is worryingly doubtful 🤔🙄 Orange has never, ever been a favourite colour of mine 🤐
