Yes im sure that must have been harrowing and as a parent until the day we pass over......we do like to be able to take the pain away from our kids regardless as to their age:)

Evening all.

Been a quiet day today. Had a game of bingo and won $80 so was a happy girl. Enjoyed my yabbies at lunch time. Had a little rain but nothing to get too excited about. Hope it holds off until next week though.

Tomorrow I will be out shopping to get the meat to stock up for the outback trip. Plus anything else we might need. Mungo has no power or water so have to make sure we have batteries. We already hve water containers and gas cooking. So we are set I hope. We have a UHF radio in the ute plus mobile phones. So hopefully we will be well prepared for the trip. Oh and we have a solar panel to charge the batteries to the fridge and freezer.

I will try to load some pics tomorrow. Been having trouble with the net. Get kicked off regularly and it really gets me annoyed.

You know what? I've never tried yabbys are they nice?
