> Here in the 'gong we have been spared torrential downpours, but luckily getting enough rain - not drought, not flood - ah well I did say this was the best place on earth:^O
> Off to Armidale tomorrow - for family reunion stuff - those of you in the area should look out for next week's local paper! - I might be in it! What fun.!:-)
> I have some terrific recipes for super cheap winter meals which I will post on return from adventure in Armidale.

Andycan welcome.
Scatty enjoy your reunion. Might be a bit chilly so rug up.
Jen I could not think of a more boring show than the footie show.
Well awake early again today. Bit chilly out but I have the hater going and am enjoying a hot coffee. Will go for a shower soon and then start the pack up. Tonight we will just wander over to the food court at the shopping centre for tea. No dishes and no mess.
Looked in the mirror this morning and just about frightened myself. Gawd my hair looks like I stuck my finger in the power socket and turned it on. All sticking up. LOL Definitely time for another cut.
Well no doubt I will be freezing tomorrow night. No power to run the heater. Got plenty of warm clothes so I should survive.
Hope everyone is well and has a great day. BBL

Not much to say did a lot of housework last night, dusting, vaccuuming, ironing, washing changed sheets, mopping, cleaning bathroom how excitement. I have decided officially wait for it to not have a drink tonight, I've been boozing for about 4 weeks now and my health has gone downhill I reckon. Felt more energized last night from laying off it hence that's why I got stuck into the housework, lol. My purse will be happy as well, lol. Grog is so expensive one or 2 nights a week is better I feel and much less expensive. The other night after my interview I had 1 glass of wine and was satisfied usually I have about 2 bottles and feel like something the cat dragged in the next day, lol.
Quite day today I have loads of movies to watch over the weekend I also found drinking grog makes u more tired...IMO
See Ya's :-x

Hugs and good for you cutting back on the demon drink...... it can and does take over some peoples lifes.......when working in the corporate world saw just how much booze and gambling can wreck havoc.
Like the ancient Greeks used to say moderation in all things:)
