Nighty Night Waussies...

Hi everyone.

We are in Vienna today. had a guided tour of the city centre this morning including a peep insdie the spanish Riding School and i managed to get a photo of one of the beautiful Lipizaner horses. tonight we are going to a concert at the Lichtenstein Palace.

The weather is getting rather chilly - 10c today - so I'm glad I brought my winter woolies.

I can't believe the time has gone so quickly, tomorrow we have a day trip to Bratislava, and then sail for Budapest, Sunday we have a guided tour of Budapest and on Monday after breakfast the cruise ends and we fly to London. Our plane doesn't leave till 1.30 pm but some poor souls have to leave at 3.00 am to catch a flight to Frankfurt.

Once we get to England we should have a more reliable internet connection and I'll be able to post a few photos.

It's the connection from the ship, Hawk. I can receive emails and access the ebay boards but i can't send or receive photos and I can't access photobucket or skype.

We are still in Vienna - leaving for Budapest at 4.30 this afternoon. We had a tour of the Opera House this morning and coffee and sacher torte in the coffee shop thereafterwards. First thing I'm going to do when I get home is rent a DVD of 'The Third Man' to see how many land marks I recognise. You can even do 'Third Man' guided tours of the sewers:O -but we decided to give that a miss.
