A nice sunny day coming up down here, although it is a bit on the cold side...........dont care as long as the sun shines.

I know it is all horses birthdays tomorrow......

does anyone know when that started and why?

It would be a long time ago, as I remember my mother when I was little telling me all horses had a birthday on Aug 1st.

Gosh I feel for you purple, my back is not at all happy in this cold weather and my poodle Gem's arthritis has kicked back in, so despite her new knee she is limping again...

I just checked the temp down here, it's 0˚ at present.  I suppose it will warm up a bit during the day, but I will not be going outside, that's for sure.
