Been really ill with the flu/pneumonia for last 9 days.
I hate being sick but my body finally told me to slow down.
Getting better now - and commiserations to anyone else who had "IT".

Well last night brought some not good news for us. Our grandson ( one of the twins) is in hospital very ill. He had an infection in his appendix and has had half of his bowel removed. He has had a shunt since a baby and the infection has gotten into it and travelled to his brain. I am just waiting for news and hope it is good news. They are worried about brain damage or being brain dead. I do not know what to do. Whether to go down there but his mother will not let anyone see him. He is 12 years old and I am so worried. So please everyone say a prayer for him.

scatty I have got the flu as well, and I feel lousy...I cant even sleep because of it....
all the coughing and aches and chetiness is getting to me...

Have the family here.........my son and his angel lady wow what a daughter in law.....i am indeed so super blessed.....there is nothing that i wouldnt do for either of them

Just had a cruisy night.........did the big traditional family roast for dinner and of course ate way too much:)
