I could suggest all you summer haters move to Tas?

ho ho:-(

I love it, I would much rather be outdoors than indoors in front of a heater, Though 40 plus days are a but much, I don't usually let it stop me from doing anything

I love daylight savings as well, we can sit outdoors and eat, it's great.I seem to get more done when we have DS too

X-( :_| Talk about rub our noses in it (Qld - no daylight savings because the extra hour of daylight fades the curtains). I also love daylight savings and miss it hugely.

Dunno what happened - was trying to quote Debra's showing off 😉 about the daylight savings.

I hate the heat too which is why I moved down to south Tasmania... USUALLY the summers are sheer magic... but I have to admit this past week has reminded me far to strongly of NSW where I hail from....

Come back Tas summer... at least it's trying and our days are better now than they were last week.

As much as I love the summer heat, I have just realised that sometimes I am a little bit stupid. Probably not the best idea to cook a roast in this weather - didn't think when I saw a lovely leg of lamb on special at the supermarket today. :8} Must be close to 50 degrees in my kitchen at the moment.

Fortunately lovely hubby has rigged up a fan in the kitchen for me (no aircon).

I love a bake dinner even in summer, its my comfort dinner.

Fed up, totally bored out of my brain (tiny one that it is:^O) too hot to go to the beach, too hot to take the dog for a walk.

I think that I have just about worn out my welcome with OH (just been told to suck it up and stop complaining) even the dog is diving under chairs when I come into the room.  Worst of all it is too hot to go out to a cold bottle of wine. I know that in relation to the fires this is all irrelevant, but just having a vent.

i love spring and autumn...............:-)
