Pauline you seem to be having a bad time. Those poor parents loosing their baby like that. So sad.

To everyone not having the best of time good wishes.

Well I ended up at the hospital yesterday. Was in so much pain with my hip and it had spread down both legs. So on stronger pain killers now. Make me very tired though.

Today we may get some fishing done. I do not know if I will go. Depends on how I am feeling.

Had the best fish and chips for dinner last night. But I have gained a bit of weight the last two weeks so time to take a stand with the eating.

Other than that things are pretty good. Still enjoying the trip and looking forward to the 7 week stay in Townsville.

Are you looking at a replacement or had a replacement that hasnt worked?

Glad the doc was able to give you some heavy duty pain killers........lets hope they continue to work for you:)

Im going to be AWOL for a week from this Friday coming........have to have a break from a lot of things including the Mother issue.......Doctors orders.

A former collegue got a job elsewhere doing what I have been doing for the past 8 months, she's not trained in this btw well she lasted one day and quit via the answering machine.
I applied for the same job but they said they were going through with someone else I persume her, so I rang their HR to say I was still interested an left a message.
However I got a call from an agency that it taking over from us and they were told that noone would lose jobs over this restructure, must have been said to placate them, I reckon as its not the case. So I wrote a letter of complaint to the Government Department and Minister, how were not being looked after. It's not through a lack of trying on my behalf either.

Purple hope those painkillers offer some relief. Don't worry too much regards weight - you are on holiday - and sounds like you do heaps of walking!

well i have just about recovered from this flu....
been to the dentist....and my friends baby's funereal is on Monday 😞 , i dont know what to do..i am so emotional atm...that this may just tip me over the edge...

i am not sleeping well, and am really tireds too...
but i guess after next week is finished or at least Monday...i hope to start picking up...

hope you all are feeling a bit better, and kerry stand up for yourself hon...but just take it in easy steps....

purps..have you tried some heat therapy for your hip? or glucosamine/fish oil...i know that it helped me when i did my knee in...in fact it stopped me from having a knee replacement
