Hi and hows everyones day going for them?

Turned a tad chilly here got the savoury mince cooking for the pie for dinner and just had a super lazy afternoon.......nice to kick back for a change

Hope everyone is having a nice serene day:)

Been a good day here. Our son is very handy and has fitted an underbody box to the ute so the batteries for the fridges can now come out of the back. Also fitted a box to the draw bar of the trailer. We will put the gas bottles, bbq and stove into this. Makes for a lot more room in the back of the ute. So we are taking the family out for dinner tonight.

Finally got around to doing my exercise program today plus some walking, so feeling very pleased with myself.

Hi Purps hows the pain in your hips legs etc........i know they were giving you major grief last week?

Hi JVH still giving me grief. Not as bad but I never seem to be totally pain free. Will be off to see my regular doc when I get back to Brisbane.

Had a lovely night out. Dinner was very nice and we had a bit of a flutter on the pokies. Tripled our money so it was time to leave.

Tomorrow we need to buy a couple of little things to finish off the work on the ute. Then I can reload all the draws back into it. Everything is now packed in sets of draws which gives me easy access to the things I use regularly. Will be booking our fare to Tassie as soon as we get to Brisbane and work out dates with the kids there.

going to watch the tennis. BBL

Anyone got anything interesting planned for the week?

Good morning to everyone!

Jvh really sorry you are having such a hard time relating to your mum - very stressful and sad. Hugs to you. Wish I had the right words to make you feel better.

Purple very exciting regards all those trips. Look forward to updates!

Nohousework bon voyage to you - have a safe and wonderful trip.

Cold here too libby - miserable actually. Hard to get motivated.

Waves to scatty, chit-chat, pj, sleeping - and everyone on the thread

It's my 19th wedding anniversary today (6th July) - how time flies.

JVH - my hubby always suffered very high bp - (runs in his family -) (he was hospitalized age 18 with it!) he has to go get it re-checked wed. as it is too high even for him. The meds make him very sick.

Happy Anniversary, missnogal!! 32 yrs for us last week.
Hubby's mum is failing, she is not getting up at all during the day. Her only outing is to the Dr on Thursdays for blood tests, she won't get out of her wheelchair at all while waiting the 1 1/2 hrs for results.

Happy anniversary to you too Karen and many thanks!!!!

So sorry regards your m.i.l. - really hope her tests improve. Too much sadness - and so distressing. Takes it's toll!

Thank you!
My littlest gandson said his first word and his second last night!
He said "bus". We were stunned, as we were playing with master 2 and talking about Bertie the bus. We thought we imagined it until he said it again, then he said "mum". Very exciting, lol!
