Who is your energy provider and are you having problems ? I contacted One Big Switch in October 2012 and changed from OE to EA, still waiting and no end of problems. How hard is it ??? I have now had to contact the ombudsman's office and make a formal complaint as OE are blaming EA and visa versa, neither will take responsibility and sort it out, also have no idea who I am with as there are a few properties involved. I would hate to think what would happen if I ran my business like either of these companies. Also getting demands for payment for accounts paid long ago.

I know this has been posted before but I am about to rip my hair out.
