Everyone has to post this way....if you don't, no need to wait for the firing of a gun. It is quite clear to most, I would have thought.

Hawk, do you think only those who are dealing with a specific issue/topic should discuss it or is it open to anyone ?

Az I think Hawks post referring to the firing of the gun was in answer to Iza's question re: rapists meaning he'd be happy to meter out the punishment to them by way of firing of the gun.

Interesting topic Iza and like others I've been subjected to it but like another poster I refuse to allow it to bring me down.

I like this thread, it's an interesting topic and that's why I'm choosing to post here. I'm not interested in the cousins thread and that's why I'm not posting there.

it's actually a really easy decision to make :^O Try it.

I must have missed something along the way, or the heat has got to me. ?:|

I backed out of that thread Karen I think it's a bit on the weird side lol! no offence to it's OP whoever they are.

No, it's not clear at all.

Why does everyone have to post this way?

I don't even know what you mean by this way.  :^O

I don't get it at all. This thread has a title (Tolerance) and a bunch of links about bullying. There was no discussion with the links.

Is it supposed to allude to an incidence of bullying on the boards?

Iza, don't bombard the boards with mundane cut and pastes about cyber safety and cyber bullies if you don't want people to take the mickey.

fsf, we don't need constant C&P lectures about it.

I think the most important thing is that people know the limits and consquences of their own behaviour and accept that how they behave does and will affect other people....how much that does is not up to them to judge or decide (especially when it reaches a criminal level) and implying their victim is weak both enables, empowers and excuses their behaviour.

That we all remember that all people have the same rights and responsibilities we have.

Maybe the worst thing that can happen to a victim of crime is to repeat what was done to them..to me that  would really make someone a victim.

touch on the subject and we get examples..

how did the thread jump so quick from online bullying to specifically asking one poster their position on whether or not a rapist should be punished?

Gee I know I'm hot and melting but didnt think my brain had melted yet
