people spreading rumours about you ,people intimidating or harassing you

does make it bullying .

According to the OP's link, unless you're kissing everyone's butt, you're a bully.

someone saying something you do not like, doesn't need to involve spreading rumours, intimdating or harassing you.

It may simply be someone saying I don't agree with what you have posted, or contradicting what the other person has said, and the person that it is said to, takes exception to that... that is not bullying.

The OP is a C & P from a blog. An opinion piece. Who says that person(s) opinions are correct assessments of bullying.

I looked at the link. Is the OP selected c&p from blog replies in that link?

bob are you tolerant of overweight people and Christians?

No. I'm also intolerant against thin people, atheists, gays, women, puppies:)

I guess we all have a different idea of what bullying is.

I think another thing bullies do is just post selectively, to comment on particular posters comments. Now, it could be seen as not bullying, however, it only matters how the person being targeted feels about it.

Everything is subjective.......

A difference of opinion is not bullying. (dependent on the way you express that different opinion)

A3, The Gov site (Human Rights) has the defintions (it's not a blog ).The one I just posted which you told me how to c&p properly. Thanks for that

I am talking about the opening post, it is about bullying, from a blog which is an opinon piece.

I never suggested it was definitions.

Who can be bothered reading all the cut and pasting that goes on on these boards. Google is a friend to all of us should we feel the need to check up on anything.

Some things just go on and on like a broken record.
