Also wish I lived closer to offer some support - I also hope you can have your meds changed/increased as I know it is difficult for doctors to find the correct one best for each individual and it could make a world of difference in a hopefully very short time. Hi Jvh,how was your visit with mum today?It must be hard watching some-one you love slowly drift away.

The only one i love and lost was my Gran and it was really quick.She was diagnosed with liver cancer and gone two weeks later.Thankfully we were able to say goodbye.

Nef thinking of you too and hoping you are feeling better. I know it is something you just cannot snap out of and it is a debilitating illness to suffer. Remember we are all here for you when you are ready!

Hey libby had a great time with my little neice - she is my world! She was quite ill last year and is now off all her meds and going great!

OH is coming home early would've been nice to go out for dinner but we are both on diets - I need to lose 5k and he needs to lose 30 lol!
Hope there's something good on tv!

Did something silly Friday night went to cut my wrists and my silly little dog didnt let me he kept licking my face and getting in the way, God bless him decided to think rationally and solve problem I was having.
Am thinking medication isnt working I'm on 225mg Effexor highest dose apparently.
There I said it , lol.

Feeling better now am giving up the job hunt no point I reckon....
