She would so hate to be the way she is and im feeling for one of the very first times in my life totally powerless and ineffectual....not a particular pleasant journey for any of us:(
JV, I felt much the same with my mum but realised that when she was ready, she would go. I know you are doing all you can to make her journey easy but savour this time as a transition, to get you ready for her passing. Perhaps she knows you need this time.:-x
