I have a lasagne recipe too if you like it is so simple
I do it for the seniors in a square oven dish so I can cut it up easy:)
Here it is:)
500 grams mince
onion chopped
1 bottle of Leggos Pasta sauce any variety
Lasagne sheets(san reno)
white sauce with onion
Grated cheese
Brown mince and onion, add lego sauce and simmer for about 15 mins.
I then put mince mixture in the bottom of the greased oven dish, layer of lasagne sheets, then mince again, then sheets, on top of that I put the white sauce(or you can use ricotta cheese with one egg) then heaps of grated cheese
I cook on about 170 for about 40 mins and its very simple:)

Basic Vanilla Ice Cream.
300 ml milk
300 ml thick cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 egg yolks
125g sugar
Bring the milk and cream slowly to the boil with the vanilla...then remove saucepan from the heat.
Whisk the egg yolks and sugar together until pale........whisk the milk mixture into the yolk mixture.......then pour back into the saucepan.
Stir the mixture slowly over low heat with a wooden spoon until it coats the back of the spoon( do not let it boil)
Transfer the mixture to a bowl cover and chill.
Now every couple of half hours just remove from freezer and give a whisk and recover.
This is ideal if you have kids that are allergic to nuts.........etc
Variations:)
I usually add 2 tablespoons of marsala into before chilling in the freezer.........this is devine if you are having adults only at the table.
You can make moccha....... nutmeg, cinnamon etc
Sounds fiddly but isnt really and once you have made it and eaten it bought stuff tastes right off
Have fun:)

yes, I did thankyou beryl, but I didn't want to emphasize the point cos the next post got a bit harsh and I figured you didn't need any extra ribbing after your gesture of friendship.
